Research And Establishment Of Local Agriculture-forestry Universities Agricultural Science And Technology Service Platform For The Regional San-nong

The development of agriculture is faced with many challenges and problems. So it’s of great significance to carry out agricultural modernization and sustainable development. Meanwhile, as agricultural science and technology plays a key and leading role in the development of agriculture and rural economy, agriculture and forestry universities need to innovate their technology mode and network platform so as to provide better service for local rural economy and social development.With the method of literature research and project research, this paper analyzes the service mode of agricultural science and technology at home and abroad, the status quo of its information construction, rules of development and the existing problems. The paper also defines the concepts of local agriculture and forestry universities, local rural economy and agricultural science and technology service and states the basic theories of agricultural science and technology spreading, agricultural science and technology achievements promotion and transformation, focused on the "university-platform-farmer" service mode of agricultural science and technology and the platform construction. The conclusions are as follows:(1) The mode puts local agriculture and forestry universities at the leading role, agricultural science and technology service mode at the supporting role, with local farmers as the service objects, university teachers, office workers and students as service subjects, university agricultural science and technology achievements and local farmers’requirements as service content, social cooperation office of universities (or department of science and technology) as the operator of platform, modern educational technology center of universities (or network information center) as the supporter of platform, so as to promote the cooperation between universities and farmers, the contact between experts and farmers and the combination of service and needs.(2) The platform takes software engineering and object-oriented design method as its guiding principle, B/S construction,3-tier architecture, MVC and.NET Framework as the design concept, and provides technology architecture, function architecture and physical architecture for the platform. Based on the analysis of users’ requirements and platform requirements, seven core function module are given, ie, agricultural technology experts, agricultural technology achievements, agricultural technology cooperation, agricultural technology requirements, agricultural technology consultation and agricultural technology training and agricultural technology retrieval. The E-R, relational data model and XML data model of the platform database are designed. Based on the analysis of platform portal, foreground function and back-stage management’s realization, the key techniques of DIV+CSS, Ajax, stored procedure, trigger, asp.net MVC and3-tier architecture to carry out the platform function are explained in detail.
