Design And Implementation Of Digital Universities Charge Management System

Digital campus construction is an key step in the informatization engineering education industry,which is an important part of the reform and development.The construction of digital campus has become the inevitable trend of mordern education.Nowadays,more and more schools take the digital campus construction as one of the important ways to promote the school to realize leap-forward development and strategic choice.And since recently the university enrollment expansion,the number of students in the school has been being rapid growth,which not only bring certain difficulty to the management of colleges and universities,more important is that the financial department in colleges and universities has brought very big challenge.Based on the analysis of internal and foreign research,we studied of several university charge business systems.This system was firstly divided into four modules:1)charging management module,2)information maintenance module,3)aggregate query module and 4)system management module.Secondly,the charging management module was divided into treatment,reduction processing,account management and pay overdue bills query four small module;Information maintenance module was divided into students,class information and fee three small module;Aggregation query module was divided into print student information query,query summary printing the class information,query,query print statements and query print detail charge data five small module;System management module was divided into system data backup,system management,and password changing three small modules.Finally,this system was devoloped by using the Java language,the JSP,Struts 2 and SQL Server database system.This system was tested and arranged at my campus when the development was finished.In the testing,we linked all internal client and related equipment which were formed into an internal network.And a firewall was set up between the campus network and external network to intercept the network of campus network of malicious attacks amd protect the safety of internal network.Meanwhile,the servers and the clients were seprated in the internal campus network for sharing internal resources in colleges and universities.
