| With the popularity of computers and networks, digital information has become economic and social development trends all around the world, and is an important symbol evaluating the comprehensive power, competitiveness and modernization of a unit, a region, or a country. The profound reform brought to education by the digital technology has made the educational ideas, concepts, models, methods and means a qualitative leap forward. The higher education, as a high-quality personnel training base, is an important platform reflecting the level of China's informationization, furthermore, the degree of its digitalization and integration also reflect the development of a country's science and technology.Putting great importance to education informationization, the Chinese Government promoted the construction of colleges and universities "digital campus", which is the prime themes of the three education informationization, with great amount of national financial supports; in the first period, it was guided by digital campus construction among colleges and universities of 211 Project and 985 Project. Up to the present day, most of the 112 colleges and universities that supported by national finance have achieved period success which symbolizes the maturing of college and university digital campus theory.The digital campus construction experience indicates us that: to truly bring the advantages of digital campus into play, we should make full use of the digital working and learning environment and improve school management, teaching efficiency and students learning, application, practical ability, truly reveal its characteristics of network-based, intelligent and personalized.The aim of digital campus construction is of application, the form and process is servicing. Building service-oriented digital campus and materializing campus personalized and visual service are the means of forcing high education to facing social service, the means of embodying three-dimension application, digital resources, modernized management, internationalization and oriented service, the research direction that leads to true sense virtual universities.Taking oriented service as the mainline, the article carries through the following study and innovation: (1)By analyzing the present situation and features of digital construction of high schools, using the experience of digital campus construction of some famous domestic and foreign universities for reference, making human-oriented education theory as center, it raises the three-dimensioned concept model, research thoughts and research method of building service-oriented digital campus, which regards human as center, service as guide, application as aim.(2)Reset the function of digital campus construction in the new period. Advance three-dimensioned virtual campus structure assumption and integrative designing mode of model building thoughts for service-oriented digital campus.(3)Around service environment construction and personal designing, design one-stop service and integrative construction mode, it sets up new structure and running system of service-oriented digital campus. It mainly discusses the strategy of integrating the three core task: application platform construction, resource conformity and digital service.(4)In resource construction, application service and safe service, it also explores the problems and the cause that exist in digital campus construction of China's colleges and universities, gives the method of solving integration difficulties, nails down construction strategy and implementation ways of service-oriented digital campus construction, and also some matters that need special attention.(5)It builds up available service quality evaluation system for service-oriented digital campus construction, gives reasonable suggestion on timing mending of evaluation index system and guaranteeing the utility and sustaining ability of the index system.The research means used in this article includes: network surveying, literature search, case research, etc... |
