Qingdao is the first digital TV city all over China. Users achieve 600,000, audiences are over 200,000. It covers four division and Laoshan.New using always goes along with new technology. Benefitting from the technology of digital TV, the higher band width bears more information in the wire transmission network which makes data broadcast to come true. Currently, the data broadcast updates hundreds of news everyday. Million pieces of information provides plenty of information to citizens. To afford so big volume updates, there must be a mature, stable information management and broadcast system. This article is to discuss this system's design and realize.Digital TV information broadcast management system design combines traditional MIS and internet technology. Bases on web developing, Browser/Server structure is applied which includes data management, information enquiry, SML file online generation. It gets rid of traditional information collection and manufacture way that realize the long range data to be interactive. According to customers demand, the system can be divided into two sections, that are data management and system management. Data management means the information original upload information, edits and gather it after principles user's checking and manager's double check, then generate SML applied on digital TV.Through this information integrative system, tens of thousands of information, such as the tour information, the second-hand house information, transportation information and so on, uploads directly from the information sources through Internet to the broad electricity system's data server, passes through this system to compile, the classification, the edition, the verification, the manufacture, the production, broadcast that arrives in on the city common people's television, the resident sits in the home then enjoys the digital informationization "the delicious food".Since our information source distribution is broad, individual quality is different and computer system is also various. To guarantee this system's compatibility, we have used the popular B/S skeleton, does not rely on the client side, ceased all sorts of questions which caused by the system compatibility. Clients can access the internet to use this system.In system's realization, we had considered the operational aspect and data load-bearing capacity's analysis. We chose J2EE to be the development platform, JSP to be dynamic homepage technology, SQL Server 2000 to be database system, SML served as broadcasts system for data broadcasting.The entire system realizes network, sequencing, minimum the manual intervention and the third-level edit system, which guarantee the system run smoothly.
