| Liquid level detection is a very important part in industrial production,which is of great significance in petroleum, food processing, product packaging and other fields.This thesis adopts the mature development of PLC combined with the scintillation detector and X ray generating device and the STM32 control module into level strong stability detection system, the system of liquid level detection for beer and beverage filling products.This thesis mainly studies the controlling process of low energy X-ray source,especiallyfocuses on controlling of the power supply voltage for X-ray between cathode and anode polesand the filament current power supply. The ambient temperature of the tube, the switching ontime of high voltage power supply circuit and filament power supply circuit, those controlling and monitoring items make X-ray source be able to work better. The switching power supplytechnology is used in the power supply part. The high voltage power and the filament powersupply use different topology structures. PWM method is used to control the output voltage.The feedback controling loop improves the stability of the power supply. To keep the operatorfrom X-ray radiation, remote control method is used to opereate the X-ray.STM32103VET6 micro controller is choosed as the main controller chip.The RS-485 serial interface is used to communicate with the host computer, and the upper control software is developed in the lab VIEW environment.Designing a pulse signal processing circuit, and the pulse signal amplifying circuit has simple design; high speed counter for PLC HSC4 (HSC5) the pulse count measurement; pulse counting of PLC completed the data acquisition and processing program, the detection accuracy of the system analysis. |
