Energy management system is the data center in the work process of energy consumption data management system. It displays and monitors the status information of the servers and other equipment in the room. With the increasing capacity of the data center, both the enterprise and the unit in the data center to spend energy costs, maintenance costs and equipment costs are continuing to increase, and as a unified management platform for data center energy information summary and Monitoring is a key step in building a green,low-carbon green data center.With the emergence of Mobile Internet and people's pace of life accelerated, based on the PC-side energy management system has been unable to meet the user's strong demand for information access on the timeless and mobility. In this case, based on mobile terminal energy management system came into being. Android is Google's mobile device platform. Android platform compared to IOS operating system has the advantage of completely open source code. Any person and organization can be free to use, and Android official provides a large number of operational libraries and development tools to developers. Based on its core concept is that everyone to share, everyone created, it creates a large number of different functions of the application on Google play. Coupled with its relatively low price, making the Android system has long occupied the top of the smart phone operating system.In this paper, the energy management system based on Android is introduced. The system is divided into two parts: client and server. The client is implemented on the Android platform. It mainly includes seven modules:cabinet list module, device management module, energy efficiency PUE module, event management module, threshold management module, tour route management module and system configuration module. Through the mobile terminal fast and timely characteristics, while the use of excellent third-party open source graphics library and other technical means to achieve the data center equipment real-time work status and energy efficiency monitoring, and system configuration and other functions.There are three types of users: normal user, advanced user, and administrator user. The server architecture using MVC design, and the server is responsible for the client's request for processing and response, but also connected with the database.Http protocol between the server and the client for information communication. The data transfer format is encapsulated with JSON. In order to determine the implementation of the program, the feasibility of the system was analyzed, and made a summary of the design and detailed design.Through the encoding, the final realization of the functional modules with the Web-side energy management system is basically the same. And it ensures the stability and interactivity of the system.
