In recent years, energy consumption issues are one of the hot topics in the world. To reduce the excessive waste of energy, appropriate measures have been taken in many countries: promulgated a series of relevant laws and regulations to guide the carry out of energy-saving work, established departments to enhance supervision and administration of energy saving, made comprehensive index system to restrict substandard energy use behaviors, and spread energy-saving technologies to improve current situation. However, the energy saving program lack information collection and research. It lead to carry out of energy-saving work with blindness. Data centers have the same kind of typical energy-using equipment with the same characteristics such as high energy-consumption, more energy-saving space and similarities for energy-saving method.In order to solve the above problems, energy-using information of air-conditions and severs in datacenter be collected and organized in this paper. A study of energy consumption modelling and simulation techniques of typical energy systems also made. This paper provide theory support for simulation platform development. First of all, since air-conditions has a complex structure, it is divided into four parts in this paper. To process the data information, Energy consumption influence factors are been pointed out base on practical situation. Secondly, relation between prediction and factors is analyzed by use of multiple regression. Mathematical models are been developed divided. And coordination control model of air-conditions also been developed. Finally, solutions of energy consumption simulation system software(ECSS) is given based on the idea of ‘graphic-model-library’(IGML) integration. Functions and implementation method also been described in detail. Users can simulate energy-using systems by operate primitives. Energy consumption level and characteristics of energy-using systems can be understudied which provide a reference data for make energy saving policies.Energy consumption mathematical models of typical energy-using systems such as air-conditions and severs are been developed in this article. Implementation scheme of ECSS which can process, analysis and optimize energy-using information also been provided. Input and output indexes can be known dynamically by use of ECSS. It help users find out the rule of energy consumption information.
