In recent years,with the development of mobile Internet,the information technology has gradually penetrated into the express delivery field.How to combine the effective logistics information management technology with the promotion of user's experience is one of difficulties which is needed to be urgently solved in the express delivery field.Although major express delivery companies have launched the express information management system in succession,the difficulty hasn't been solved very well.This paper innovatively proposes the overall framework of dual mode express information management system including the courier and the user.Based on it,a complete system software is achieved.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,the express market pattern and the existing express types of mobile applications on the market have been analyzed in this paper.Then,aiming at the existing problems,the paper puts forward the overall framework of two modes of express information management system which includes the courier and the user.(2)Based on the overall framework,this paper has designed and achieved the dual mode express information management system including the mobile software and the background server.For the mobile terminal,the function design,frame design and module development of the "courier"mobile terminal and the "customer" mobile terminal have been finished.For the back-end server,the design of the service API interface based on PHP and JSON data formats has been completed,and the communication between the" courier" mobile terminal and the "customer" mobile terminal has been realized.(3)This paper has analyzed key technologies of the system,such as the order status model,indoor and outdoor positioning and concurrent control over multiple orders,etc.The mobile terminal uses the Android platform,the server uses PHP language,and the database uses MySQL to realize the data storage.(4)This paper has tested and validated on the dual mode express information management system,including the function test and the server side interface test of the " courier " mobile terminal and the "customer"mobile terminal.The test results show that the function of the system is normal,the interaction between the mobile terminal and the server end is normal,and the performance is good.
