As the quick development of communication technology, mobile positioning technology has been widespread concern. However, the positioning accuracy has becomed a bottleneck, which Restricts the development of mobile terminal positioning service. CORS is a kind of high accuracy real time locating technology, develope in recent years. Because of the higher precision, the better stability and the stronger reliability, it has the widespread application prospect. Considering the premise of the smallest changes in system,the more simple construction and less spending, in order to meet the user needs for high precision positioning, how to enhance the positioning precision of mobile phone base on the CORS becomes a question,which is the main content of this article.According to the development trend of the existing mobile positioning technology, and the comparison of various positioning technology, mobile terminal positioning system based on the CORS is established in this paper. In order to improve the positioning precision, this system can locate with the correction number,which come from the CORS.This paper focuses on the working principle of the system, structure, process, and system protocol,.it gives the NMEA-0183format,which is GPS data using Single point positioning technique,and the RTCM format,which come from the CORS.It introduces two algorithms in detail:the pseudorange differential GPS with a single reference station or multiple reference stations.It analyzes several algorithms(the weighted average algorithm, linear interpolation, low surface method, triangular interpolation method and the least square method),and gives the advantages and disadvantages.it gets the conclusion:because the pseudorange differential GPS with multiple reference stations considers the influence on precision of Reference station location, it has The higher precision. In order to verify the feasibility of the system,it has two key experiments:(1)getting the GPS positioning data on the mobile phone;(2)getting the Correction number on the CORS. these Experiments show that through the two times development on Intelligent mobile phone,this system can get the GPS positioning data on the mobile phone and the Correction number on the CORS. It shows that the mobile terminal positioning system based on the CORS is feasible.
