The accelerated development of "Internet plus" has promoted the prosperity and development of e-commerce,and the corresponding express delivery industry is also developing rapidly.However,the competition among express enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,and the overall distribution of urban express logistics is characterized by many,scattered and chaotic features.It is well known that“last-mile" distribution is the most polluting,most costly,and least efficient part of city logistics.There are three main factors for this situation:a lack of collaboration among express enterprises,unreasonable allocation of resources and serious waste caused by small and scattered end outlets,and "secondary delivery" caused by the high uncertainty of terminal distribution time.The terminal distribution problems of express enterprises running their own businesses have become increasingly prominent in the traditional distribution mode.It is urgent to explore the establishment of an intensive and efficient terminal delivery system of urban express delivery,solve the problem of fragmented,multi-agent and non-intensive resource allocation of urban express delivery nodes to better meet the increasing volume of express delivery and the requirements of higher delivery service quality.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the relevant theoretical research and development status of urban express terminal distribution,collaborative distribution and crowdsourcing distribution at home and abroad.At present,the research of scholars shows that collaborative distribution has economic,social and environmental benefits,which has become the mainstream trend of the development of express logistics industry.Many scholars have proposed that the terminal distribution can be optimized by crowdsourcing,which is one of the collaborative distribution modes.Based on the comparative analysis of the characteristics,advantages and limitations of the main terminal distribution modes,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the main problems of the current urban express terminal distribution,and designs a collaborative distribution service mode of terminal express delivery based on crowdsourcing.The network layout,operation subject,operation business,and application strategies of the new mode are expounded.(2)The terminal distribution network of urban express delivery is a scale-free network.The node centrality theory of complex network can be applied to determine the key nodes of delivery network.In this paper,the node centrality indices in complex network theory are used to construct the node importance evaluation system,and the degree centrality,closeness centrality,betweenness centrality and improved K-shell centrality are selected to evaluate the node importance of terminal distribution nodes in the current network.The three-scale AHP method is used to obtain the weights of indices,the TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the node importance of the current terminal distribution network,and thus the nodes with higher node importance can be determined as the candidate sites of end crowdsourcing service stations.(3)A multi-objective location planning model for end crowdsourcing service stations is established,which considers the three objectives of enterprise operation cost,customer satisfaction and carbon emissions,and then transforms it into a single objective model by using the constraint method.In addition,this paper compares and analyzes the basic application scope,advantages and disadvantages of the main intelligent algorithms for solving complex problems,and finally chooses genetic algorithm to solve the location model,and carries out the algorithm design.Finally,this study investigates a real-world case of by assessing the new mode on Bei Tai Ping Zhuang Street in Haidian District,Beijing to make an empirical study on the model,compare and analyze the results,and verify the effectiveness of the model.Through the implementation of the new mode,the problems of unreasonable resource allocation and layout of the terminal distribution network can be solved,and the economic,social and environmental benefits can be achieved.
