The Study On Internet Public Opinion Of Government Micro-blog In The Perspective Of Public Sphere Theory

The rapid development of new media provides a technical support for the voice of individual,especially after the emergence of micro—blog.It benefits for the formation of the public sphere which is good for the communication and exchange opinions of public.At the same time,a variety of public topics in the micro—blog also provides the possibilities of the formation of the public sphere.The emergence and development of government micro—blog not only lead to concern about public events and promote the formation of public opinions,as well as in the promotion of active dialogue and other aspects of the parties reflect an extraordinary platfonn to gather strength.Therefore,the emergence of government micro—blog,not only become an important means for government,enterprises and social organizations to establish a brand image,but also provides exchange measure for information and independent expression for the people in the network space.This thesis which is in the perspective of Habermas' public sphere theory and based on Pseudo Environment Theory of Lippmann's and Spiral theory of silence proposed by Neumann attempt to investigate the mechanism of network public opinion guidance according to government micro—blog.In the first place,the new characteristics of government micro blog and public sphere in the context of the new media era are studied in the paper.Secondly,combined with the more influential public events which were occurred in the current society to conduct the analysis and discussion,in order to study the guiding mechanism of Government micro—blog in public sphere of network.On the basis of this,the paper puts forward the feasible and operational measures to construct the bottleneck and the problems encountered in the construction of micro—blog public sphere,so as to promote the construction of public domain space.
