Problems And Countermeasures Of Chinese Government Micro-blog

With the rapid development of micro-blog, an increasing number of government agencies and civil servants opened government micro blog, micro blog is becoming an important platform of government information public and government affairs interaction. Behind prosperity exist some problems, such as the absence of government micro blog, wrong positioning, simple form, lack of interactive, few information and so on. These problems not only restricts government micro blog to develop quickly, and also affects the public participate, to express public opinion, enjoy the enthusiasm of the information.How to take effective measures to solve the problems in the government micro blog, and improve interaction between officials and people, public opinion and disclosure information. It has become a top priority in the current government micro-blog development. First of all, we should enhance communication effect of government micro-blog through accurate positioning, content of "eye effect", making good use of network language, strengthening the interactivity and other measures; secondly, the mechanism of normalization and legalization of online government affairs need to be set up, such as setting the act of government information publicity, establish incentive, supervision and evaluation mechanism, complaints in time, strengthen the micro-blog, accountability, and to form a government micro-blog team; thirdly, a rapid, accurate, network public opinion monitoring system should be built, it is mainly to collect network public opinion, and according to the analysis of public opinion, public opinion guiding ability get promoted; fourthly, the original media and micro-blog resources can be integrated and build the platform of citizens in politics, among them, the authority and public of traditional media need to be revealed, and show fast active in response to significant events.This paper would seek the dilemma of government micro blog, and proposed rational countermeasures from the point of view of journalism, communication studies, combined with government micro blog operating practices.
