With the wide application of solar energy, there is a large increase in photovoltaic array installed. Meeting the needs of solar power station staff on the remote monitoring of power plants is increasingly urgent.Intelligent monitoring helps to improve the efficiency of power generation, and reduce waste of resources. In this context, the needs came being that solving the monitoring photovoltaic components of solar power generation based on the Internet of things technology. In this paper,the photovoltaic module monitoring system based on the IOT technology is designed and studied.The purpose of this research is to study the PV module monitoring system of solar power station, from the bottom hardware, network communication, to the upper level visualization software, to build a monitoring platform based on the Internet of things technology.According to the ZigBee wireless communication technology, aiming at solving the intelligent monitoring of PV modules, a low cost and high efficiency solution is proposed. This paper introduces the development of IOT technology and environmental monitoring, then describes the principle and scheme of monitoring system design, finally shows and analyzes the test results.The monitoring scheme based on Internet of things is divided into three parts: hardware, communication and software. This paper designs the node data acquisition module, and focuses on the communication network part. The network work through the ZigBee and monitoring center communication, based on multi hop distributed network. The node based on the CC2530 chipset, is composed of power, temperature and humidity acquisition, voltage and current acquisition and sensor module;the PC client software module realizes node monitoring, alarm, add node information, modify node information, delete the node information and data query function. This paper simulates the real usage scenarios to test the cross layer protocol, to show the cross layer routing protocol superiority by different technical indicators compared to other routing protocols, finally achieve the power monitoring of PV modules combined with the overall scheme.
