With the increasing openness, economic globalization and the intensified globalcompetition, the Internet of Things increasingly affect the long-term sustainabledevelopment of China’s economy. Accelerating the construction of the Internet ofthings has become an urgent requirement to improve the position in the internationaldivision of labor and full participation in international competition.In this paper by studying the key technology of information processing layerbased on The Internet of Things, use microcontrollers STM32F103C6T6andperipheral circuit, designed a suitable for industrial control multi-channel informationcollection module. System collect data through the intelligent sensing technology,preprocess data through the design of core circuit board, transmit data throughZigBee wireless information transmission technology and Show data to the customerin visual way. In this paper, the research results and methods are as follows.First of all, this paper completed the design of multi-channel informationcollection module to realize the data acquisition and transmission functions.System adopts STM32F103C6T6as main control chip, LT1930A as boostercircuit chip, MP1496as step-down circuit chip, CC2530as a wireless transmissionmodule chip. This paper uses Altium_Designer10to draw the hardware master systemschematic diagrams and the PCB, compose a procedure source code, realize theintelligent data acquisition and transmission. Use debugging tools to debug circuitboard to achieve the overall system accuracy, security and integrity of wirelesscommunications.Then, this paper designed application layer data communication protocol torealize Secure and reliable data transfer.For data interrupt and replace phenomenon that may occur in the process of datacommunication, in the process of research and development of wireless transmissionmodule, to prevent data packet dropout and error and to strengthen the integrity andreliability of the data, this paper encapsulated ZigBee standards protocol, increasedthe ZigBee node ID, transferred data parity bit, Shielded short address difference ofdifferent nodes. Finally, this paper implemented the system low-power dissipation workingmodel to realize battery-powered circuit board.Due to the complexity of the application environment and to convenientinstallation of multi-channel information collection module, this paper adopts thebatteries to replace the traditional voltage220V power supply. In order to guaranteethe battery life, this paper designed the system low-power dissipation working model.In this paper, the design of low-power dissipation mainly shows in the hardwarecircuit and the control code, make use of the whole hardware system in industrial sitebecomes flexible and convenient.After a year of hard work, this paper completed the design of low-powerdissipation and realized the real-time monitoring data acquisition and wirelesstransmission, at the same time pointed out the weakness in the design of outlook.
