With the development of manufacturing enterprise information construction,inventory management as an important part of enterprise production,more and more attention by enterprises.Control inventory,reduce inventory costs is conducive to improving the competitiveness of enterprises.With the coil as an important raw material for the production of steel pipe,its efficient management is of great significance to the production of the whole pipe plant.Based on the management system project of a welded pipe plant,the paper studies the management of the coil library of the welded pipe plant,and then develops the system after the preparation of the demand analysis.The main contents are as follows:1.This paper introduces the concept of inventory management,the current research situation at home and abroad,and the application of the welded pipe in the welded pipe plant.The theoretical basis and related technology involved in the research process are briefly described,and the details of the pipe Function module and the relationship between the various modules.2.Using the UML modeling method to build the use case model,and design the database according to the model.After the preparatory work is completed,the design of the library with the library management system interface,the final completion of the preparation of the software.3.In the process of development,combined with the inventory of the factory with the coil,the use of BP neural network for the establishment of learning model of coil inventory.Firstly,the factors influencing the inventory are analyzed and screened,and several sets of data with the greatest impact on the inventory are selected as the experimental data,and the sample data are normalized.Then,the theoretical and experimental methods are used to determine the network structure.Finally,for the BP neural network in the process of network learning,prone to slow convergence of error and fall into the local minimum of the problem,the use of heuristic method of learning in the study of the learning method,Rate adaptive algorithm,the neural network to try to further improve.The effectiveness of the algorithm is proved by simulation experiment.
