The architecture of C~4ISR is defined as the structure of components consisting of a system, their relationships, and the disciplines and guidelines governing their design and evolution over time. During the research and development of C~4ISR system, architecture is the key to build integrative, interoperable and cost-effective C~4ISR systems, and the quality of the architecture will decide whether the C~4ISR system development is successful or not. C~4ISR systemarchitecture verification is important guarantee to the design quality of architecture. With the improvement of the size and significance of C~4ISR system, the architecture verification is becoming the important step during the development of C~4ISR system architecture, and is also increasingly laid store by the academe and engineer.At present, there are a few problems for the technique of C~4ISR aystem architecture verification. Firstly, it is lack of unified system of system of architecture verification. Secondly, the architecture verification methods depend on the external expression form. Thirdly, the architecture verification tools are not propitious to all the conditions. Lastly, there are other problems. To solve there problems, the methods of C~4ISR system architecture verification based on the Core Architecture Data Model is present in the paper for the first time. Firstly, the content framework problem of the C~4ISR system architecture verification based on the CADM is solved. Secondly, the basic idea of this method is that the C~4ISR system architecture is verified directly according to the relationship among the C~4ISR system architecture data expressed CADM without thinking of the concrete description methods. The main contributions of this dissertation include:1. The C~4ISR system architecture verification methods based on CADM are present.Firstly, based on the analyzing the problems of the existing C~4ISR system architecture verification methods, the C~4ISR system architecture verification methods based on CADM is present, and the conception of this methods is given. Secondly, the basic connotation of this methods is studied form the views of the theory base and main superiority. Thirdly, the architecture information model is established, and based on this model the content framework of the C~4ISR system architecture verification methods is present. Lastly, the key techniques needed to solve in the framework is discussed.2. The verification methods of data categoricalness based on CADM are studied. Because the data categoricalness rules of architecture products are embodied in theCADM described by IDEF1X, the data categoricalness rules are directly established according to the relationship, which is described by the IDEF1X, among the data entity of CADM described by the IDEF1X. Then every item of data which is in the form of CADM criterion and stored in the database is checked according to the categoricalness rules, so that the data categoricalness of C~4ISR system architecture is executed.3. The verification methods of system accessibility based on CADM are studied. According to the characters of the structure of C~4ISR system, the accessibilityverification of C~4ISR system is defined again, and in this definition the accessibility verification includes the verification of system interconnection and verification of interaction between systems. In this paper just the verification methods of system interconnection is studied.4. The verification methods of data consistency based on CADM are studied. After the main content of the data consistency verification is studied, theinconsistency between the operation note and operation action is taken as an example to study the verification methods of data inconsistency.5. The verification methods of system structure rationality based on CADM is studied. The design quality of system structure is the most key factor that affects the designquality of architecture, and it is also the most key factor that affects the system development quality. Based on the reference on the thought of software engineering, the measure indexes to evaluate the structure rationality of C~4ISR system is present and defined. Also how to describe the data of C~4ISR system architecture based on CADM, how to calculate the value of measure indexes, and how to integrate the measure indexes to reflect the design rationality of system structure are also studied. At last, the study is performed to make sure the measure indexes are scientific.6. The verification methods of operation rules rationality based on CADM is studied.The process verification is an important aspect whether in military domain andindustrial domain. The two aspects are studied to solve the operation rules verification. Firstly, the main process to verify the operation rules rationality based on CADM is studied. Secondly, how to construct the executable model and simulation model based on Object Petri Net is studied, which is take OV2, OV5, OV6a, OV7 as the base, and the formalization description of transfer rules of model is studied detailedly.Lastly, based on the study for the theory methods, some kind of field operations aerial defence C~4ISR system is taken as an example to illustrate the methods that studied in this paper. The architecture of this C~4ISR system is described firstly, and it is stored in the form of CADM. Then the system structure rationality and operation rules rationality of this C~4ISR system are verified through using the verification methods of system structure rationality and verification methods of operation rules rationality based on CADM. The feasibility and validity of the methods which are present in this paper are illustrated by this case.
