The Research In The Manufacturing Automatic Of DMC Mixing Composite Materials

DMC composite materials are widely used in various industries, such as signal box shell, car window frame, manhole covers and so on. According to the company's production requirements, we designed and developed a DMC composite hybrid automatic production line. In this paper, DMC composite materials mixed production process for a detailed analysis, roughly divided into mixing process, feeding process and kneading molding process.The stirring process involves solid-liquid mixing and liquid-liquid mixing. Liquid solution stirring solution viscosity is higher, using a box-type paddle. Solid-liquid stirring is the stirring of polystyrene particles in styrene, which takes longer. The type and working form of the agitator is very important to the whole mixing efficiency. Through the numerical simulation and experimental demonstration of ANSYS, the type and working form of the stirrer are optimized. Eventually, select the six baffles are distributed, three layers of four-leaf open turbo stirrer mixing. Feeding process mainly includes two kinds of special materials such as stone powder and glass fiber transportation, which requires a high degree of automation, precise batching, efficient transportation and so on. To this end, the design and development of stone powder tower feeding institutions, glass fiber feeding machine, to achieve automatic weight and feeding, according to the time required to control the feeding time, feeding capacity. The kneading process is mainly for the selection of kneading machine, and to be modified to meet the entire production line; to meet the requirements of enterprises to obtain DMC composite material shape, design molding device.According to the requirements of processes, we designed a variety of mechanism,through the Solidworks software on the whole production line for solid modeling,calculated time beat, optimized the design and improved the production line device structure, layout, to meet the production requirements. DMC composite materials production line implementation can effectively improve product quality and production efficiency, and improve the labor environment and reduce labor intensity, which has major significance for the long-term development and economic efficiency of enterprises.
