Nowadays,the form of OEM is not uncommon in the electronic business and automatic production line applied to production assembly,which has been widely used in the production workshop.With the growing level of customer consumption, the company has begun to pay attention to how to use the existing technology to shorten the production cycle and improve production efficiency to satisfy the market request.On the base of improving the stability of products and reducing labor costs,this paper studies the key technology to improve the UPH for the control system of LCD assembly automatic production line. PLC、Robot and flexible automatic transport Montrac system is as the core of production line.Keyboard and touch screen are used as input device and. The communication mode of Main PLC and Montrac controller TC2U(a total of 12) is designed to UDP communication.Among with single station PLC 、 Robot and HMI, handle data exchange and management by the means of Siemens network technology PROFINET Industrial Ethernet.Cognex camera and robot communication is also by the way of Profinet. Software InTouch 2014 is used for monitoring station and interactive data source and paired with InTouch comes with SQL Server Express 2012 version as the database, which has formed a MP line data acquisition system.I am involved in the following three modules:In the first module,Siemens alarm tower lights IO configuration in the single station s7-1200 PLC CPU1214C and peripheral IO configuration in the PLC add-on modules SM1221, SM1223 circuit are designed.The PLC function block is divided into FB, DB, FC.All the alarm signal is also processed with PLC. At last, the alarm signal is passed to the PC station for realizing the corresponding error to remind.To achieve the camera photographed process control and photographed the result judgment, camera program entry is FC300 and main function consists of FB300(camera control) and FB303(camera data).Secondly,making the robot according to the statement to complete the grab, tear film, testing,assembly,writing programs in the Robot Studio is always focus and difficulty.Meanwhile,PID feed-forward algorithm where the result is more close to the real time is one of the robot trajectory tracking control algorithm.When entering the clean room to debug the robot machine, with the guidance of the field engineer, the author also completed a machine debugging.Thirdly,after taking advantage of Putty software to connect with TC2 U, study the shuttle scheduling,switch scheduling and the parallel scheduling and successfully put it into actualproduction line, which has realized the organic convergence of material distribution and workstation operation in a great extent.Eventually,the test of whole automatic production line is completed by the GRR, CPK tests.In order to increase the value of UPH, the way of adding a buffer in which the cycle time of shuttle out of station is too long is really effective.
