With the individuation and diversification of product demand and the shortening of product life cycle,the multi-variety and small-batch production mode has become an urgent production organization mode for manufacturing enterprises.Under this background,the disadvantages of the traditional organization mode of production become increasingly prominent.In terms of production,production line adaptability is weak,reconstruction cost is high,work-in-process backlog;On the worker side,the monotony of the work content,the tension of the work atmosphere,the lack of cooperation between the team make the worker morale is low.Therefore,both the external market and the internal enterprise urgently require enterprises to change the traditional rigid production organization mode and use the self-organizing production line with high adaptability,high efficiency and humanization.The self-organizing production line is also widely used in developed countries such as the United States and Japan by virtue of its advantages of high efficiency,high flexibility,low cost and relaxed and happy team atmosphere.Between workers share mechanism enables the production line to realize the self organization,this mechanism can be achieved by ambulation dynamic reasonable partition workers,undertake the task process,balance the workers heterogeneity and imbalance,and shows good flexibility,it is also less restrictive factors(workers or the equipment)spare key.The U-shaped design of the self-organizing production line was designed to reduce the waste of time inherent in the workers' retrieval.U-shaped selforganization lines include "Budget Brigades" line(BB line),unit "Budget Brigades" line(CBB line)and " Chasing-Overtaken " line(CO line),among which the new CO line shows better productivity than BB line and CBB line.In this paper,the Traveling line(Tr line),BB line,CBB line and CO line simulation model are constructed.Secondly,the Simulation model of the self-organizing production line under different parameters and assumptions is established by using the discrete Simulation software Plant-Simulation of Siemens.Then using experimental design method for the same condition of production line configuration factors-aisle width,the workers processing speed/walking speed impact on the capacity of production line of self-organization and worker heterogeneity and processes under the imbalance selforganizing production line capacity to maximize employee assigned strategy are studied,and the simulation model for data collection,using SPSS26? statistical software for data of single factor variance analysis,comparative analysis the aisle width,the workers processing speed/walking speed is significant effects on each production line;At the same time,a simulation platform is used to study the employee assignment strategy for production line productivity maximization under worker heterogeneity and process imbalance.The specific research conclusions are as follows:(1)Aisle width and worker processing speed/walking speed.1)Through the Ushaped self-organizing production line simulation model and experimental design,it is found that the aisle width has no significant effect on the production capacity of the four production lines;2)The processing speed/walking speed of workers has a significant effect on the production capacity of Tr line,BB line and CBB line,but has no significant effect on the production capacity of CO line.(2)Workers' heterogeneity and process imbalance.1)When the equipment of four production lines obey the same task distribution,the productivity of the production line can be maximized by assigning equal efficiency workers to the production line for processing;2)For the group of non-equal efficiency workers,entering the production line according to the order of processing efficiency from slow to fast can maximize the production capacity of BB line and CBB line,but this order has little influence on the production capacity of Tr line and CO line;3)In the case of worker heterogeneity(11.5 2),the employee assignment strategy for maximizing productivity of CO line and CBB line is closely related to the distribution of process imbalance compliance;4)The capacity of BB line and Tr line is not sensitive to the distribution of process compliance.(3)Using simulation software and experimental design method,from the perspective of discrete simulation system,the conclusion is drawn that the CO line productivity is the highest under configuration factors and employee assignment strategy.
