With the rapid development of electronic technology, electronic devices play an increasingly important role in people's production and life,therefore it put forward certain requirements to the data real-time processing performance that generated from electronic equipment.Now,it still has some deficiency in high-speed real-time processing signal .In response to this issue, designing an embedded high-speed storage system could be used for storaging high-speed signal produced by electronic equipment,so that it could be analyzed and processed in the future. According to the present situation and development trend of the storage system all over the world, and on the basis of previous studies,after the indepth research of the current related to the characteristics of the electronic device , according to the specific requirements of high speed data on the storage system, puts forward using SD card as storage medium,this paper put forward the feasible program that using FPGA as the main control chip.According to the high-speed signal that produced by the electronic equipment,this paper studied the PCB layout for the influence of high frequency high speed signal integrity and effective protection to the important high speed signal. In the storage medium can't satisfy the requirement of the high-speed storage speed, designing the program that using the high-speed data string and transformation , and writing high-speed data to the storage medium in the form of parallel multiplying ,which increase the speed of the whole storage system manyfold.The embedded systems designed in this paper,using FPGA as the controller,we connected the Camera Link interface with the high-speed cameras to collect high-speed data and primary processing.At the same time,we extended the array of SD card,USB3.0,SDRAM,VGA,etc.FPGA acquired the high-speed data,used for high-speed data storage control,stored SD card array that be designed.The embedded systems controlled the USB3.0 to transmit data,SDRAM cache data,and VGA display image data.Inside of the FPGA,it used Verilog HDL language instead of SOPC and Avalon bus to write all the underlying controller programs,so that it could give paly to the ability of paralleling proccessing data.The experimental results show that the design of the embedded high-speed data storage system in this paper,achieved the high-speed storage of data which the peak speeds could be 120MB/s,and it can drive 1440×900 VGA monitor to display the image data at a fresh rate of 60Hz. Meanwhile,it has the function of high-speed data acquisition and high-speed transmission ,the reliable system performance, high maneuverability, and greatpracticability.
