Along with the development of the electronics industry,multimedia terminal penetrated into the life of people more and more.The video technology is the powerful driving force behind the booming trend,which cannot leave the video acquisition system.The video capture technology has been widely used in various fields,small to daily video communications,security monitoring systems and medical equipment,big into outer space exploration.It is of very important significance for mankind to research the video capture technology.The most important two parameters of video acquisition system is resolution and frame rate,but due to the restricted factors such as the speed of data transmission,the sensor production techniques and the exposure technology,resolution and frame rate can't be increased unlimitedly.The current video acquisition system is developing towards the trend of high resolution,high frame frequency and miniaturization.In this paper,the high-speed video image acquisition system used the high frequency frames CMOS camera equipped with Camera Link interface as acquisition medium,used FPGA as the core controller,used the DDR3 to cache image data,used eMMC memory as a storage medium which is widely used current.The video acquisition system used eMMC as storage medium was relieved from the trouble of controlling the Nand Flash complexly in traditional storage solution.EMMC(Embedded Multi Media Card)adopts unified standard MMC interface,which encapsulated the high-density NAND Flash and MMC Controller into a BGA chip.The eMMC chip already contains internal Flash control unit,including wipe,bad block management,error detection,error correction and power protection technology based on the read and write characteristics of Flash.The thesis described the image acquisition system in technical solution,system hardware design and logic design in detail.System used a pixel clock of 82 MHz,collected and stored the high-speed image which has a resolution of 1281×720 and frame frequency of 200 fps.The speed of Camera Link bus worked in the Base model reached 176 MB/s.EMMC storage arrays in high speed SDR mode achieved the peak storage bandwidth of 832 MB/s,the capacity of design storage is 128 GB.The actual field test show that,the design of high-speed image storage system in this thesis is suitable for different occasions of video acquisition,and has characteristics of fast storage speed,large storage capacity,high reliability and strong portability.
