The investigate covers of The equipment, purpose, time (place), duration, content,influence, reading habits , reading effect, the school's support and the attitude of the digital reading.The status quo of digital reading anomie of minors should be brought to the attention of media practitioners and educators. Both minors themselves and the media, schools or society should assume their responsibilities, to take measures to reduce juvenile digital reading abnormal behavior, improve the quality of digital reading. Such as clean the network environment, optimize resources, improve the quality of information work and enhance digital literacy, strengthen legal education,implement several reading guidance and so on.
