With the popularity of mobile phones, iPad, e-books and other intelligent terminals and the Internet, digital reading with its rich content, easy access, good interaction, high sharing, timeliness and other advantages, more and more widely become one of the main reading ways,has also become an important means of people to obtain information and knowledge. However, due to the digital reading is still in the development stage, there are still with the characteristics of poor stability, short of authority, shallow layer, network trek.As juvenile minds and behavior are not yet mature and lack supervision,too frequent use and improper use of digital tools will bring new problems.In the past few years, the problem of digital reading has emerged. Some readers are in various forms, Varying degrees Bad net-reading behavior,such as shallow reading, Trek, addiction and others. in addition, reading the content of entertainment and vulgar, diff iculting to focus on reading,property rights fuzzy, As well as the blind choice of content, etc. also began to cause people more and more concerns. So what is the extent of these misconduct in minors? What kind of attitude do they hold for these bad behaviors? Has the school taken any action on it? In this paper, the author uses the method of empirical investigation to investigate the group of minors for 12 kinds of misplaced behaviors in digital reading, and analysis the causes of juvenile digital reading anomie. The investigate covers of The equipment, purpose, time (place), duration, content,influence, reading habits , reading effect, the school's support and the attitude of the digital reading.The status quo of digital reading anomie of minors should be brought to the attention of media practitioners and educators. Both minors themselves and the media, schools or society should assume their responsibilities, to take measures to reduce juvenile digital reading abnormal behavior, improve the quality of digital reading. Such as clean the network environment, optimize resources, improve the quality of information work and enhance digital literacy, strengthen legal education,implement several reading guidance and so on.
