As university information resource center,university library responsible for the provision of quality information resources and services subject to university users.With the extensive application,development of science and technology,there are diverse ways for university users to access to information and knowledge.However,due to lack of organization,authority control and exploit of the vast amounts of information,university library users are always faced with "information overload,lack of knowledge".Accurate,rapid and comprehensive finding and access the discipline information is becoming more and more difficult,and resource type single,the lack of correlation between the resources,not according to user needs to discipline resource construction are more prominent in the library information resources construction.The emergence of the Semantic Web technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to the library information resource integration.As a lightweight Semantic Web implementations,linked data.emphasizing the semantic environment of interrelated data and Man-machine mutual understanding,it is a way of connection-oriented applications and share all kinds of data,information and knowledge.In this paper,in order to establish the scope of resource integration,by the perspective of user demands,the associated data for critical technology,integration of resources as the core subject,to investigate the users demands of library subjects information resources who majoring in management science,and then select areas of empirical research in library and information science field in management categories.The main activities include:(1)Summary of linked data theory and practice studies at home and abroad,learning the techniques and methods of linked data building and publishing.And university library user demand,the integration of disciplines information resource and demand-based library information resource integration were reviewed.(2)Designing a questionnaire of library subjects information resources integration based on linked data to get library uers demands,and analysis and summary the feedback results,clear the integration type and scope of library subjects information resources.(3)By analysis and reuse the relevant ontology and semantic description model,and customizing the attributes,Achieving the standardization semantic description of library information resources,and constructing the library information resource description framework based on user demands.(4)By construction of semantic association mapping between the library information resources in each core classes and their attributes,completing the D2R server platform for linked data of library information resources construction and publishing.library subjects information resources linked data achieves browsing and querying application.Studies have shown that put user demand as a precondition,by combining linked data and library subjects information resources integration,standardized semantic description of each core class and its core attributes,can help the library achieve seamless link and interoperability of information resources,help users find related knowledge,provides a new way for the integration of library subjects information resources.
