The Researches On Information Resource Construct And Service Model Of University

The development of social informatization, digitalization and networking not only raises the new request to the university information resource construction but also provides the actual condition for information resource sharing. And such changes have led to the great development of library management and service. This article proposed the problem of university information resource construction based on the university information user's quantity, the network information facility construction, the university resource construction and the information users' demands. Eventually the way to deepen the information service in its contents and service model is put forward based on the resource construction and sharing. The whole paper was divided into six chapters.The first chapter: Analyzing the university information user from its characteristic and the quantity distribution, etc. and forecasting the future development tendency of university information user, which manifests the importance of university library information resource construction and the service.The second chapter: Analyzing the education and university network construction conditions on the base of status quo and function of integral net information establishment construction in our country. It is the premise of information resource construction and the foundation of library information service.The third chapter: Making the massive on-the-spot investigations, net survey and questionnaires to find out the status quo of university library collection resources construction and the demand of information user. The questionnaires have been processed by the synthesis analytic method and the comparison method, which integrated with information user's suggestions, so as to propose the basis of library resources construction and the service.The fourth chapter: On the base of first three chapters, elaborating the information resource theory formation from the library science entiredevelopment course. According to the information resource construction concept, the scope and the content etc., combined with the entity collection and the hypothesized collection, carrying on the whole construction of the information resource with an emphasis on the database construction of the characteristic library collection. Further analyzing a series of problems existed in the information resource construction. And finally the information resource construction plan was proposed.The fifth chapter: Proposing the solutions and the resources sharing model from the angle of resources sharing under the network environment, combined with the present situation of application system and existent problems of Chinese university libraries.The sixth chapter: Combined with the status quo of library service and in the form of reeducation to the librarian and the users, enhancing information servers and demanders' information quality and their retrieval skill. Accordingly, proposing the service style and the service content which are suitable to the modern information environment and are satisfying with information users' personalization needs.
