In the 21 st century,information economy,network economy,digital economy are the characteristics of the knowledge economy era,and there is no doubt that the new media widely used becoming a microcosm of the new economic system.In the changeable development of environment,the users of internet media is increasing,but the users of traditional media is decreasing,therefore,the difficulty of print media management is shooting up.Suffered this impact of industry from new media,releasing the panic of pessimistic anticipation for the future,print media still need to explore in the transition period.The trend of print media should be not only fit in with the needs of the society,but also carry forward the good tradition.The secondary sales model is the main profit model of the media industry,it contains content sales and advertisement sales,and it is also named dual product market.On the other hand,the triple sales theory is a combination of traditional media sales and new media sales,which includes content sales,advertisement sales and brand sales.The transformation of the paper profit model is based on the industrial chain theory,the value chain theory,the integrated marketing theory,the use and the satisfying theory,and the core purpose of the transformation is to tap the broader media market."Three sale" is the paper market market profit model,but also to measure the level of paper media market,the main criteria.In order to expand the influence of competition,should consider building a commercial closed-loop,divided into closed-loop industry and information closed-loop.The triple sales theory is suitable for the media transformation,and the third sale is vital for it.It is necessary to take many measures for the triple sales,such as strengthening the management of online to offline,paying more attention to resources,exploring innovative projects actively,carrying out crossover marketing flexibly,rebuilding the entry function.The print media needs continuous improvement and core competitiveness,and enhance its profits and take the lead in development.,so as to make a breakthrough and get much more share of the media market.
