Hard alloy is a hard alloy material to compound metal and metal bonded by powder metallurgy process,with high hardness,abrasion resistance and heat resistance properties are widely used in electronics,aerospace,machinery and other fields.The quality and quality of cemented carbide depend on the control precision of sintering furnace vacuum,pressure and temperature.Therefore,the key to the sintering process is to increase the control precision of vacuum degree,pressure and temperature.First of all,according to the control requirements of the manufacturers,alloy material production,furnace structure,working principle and control strategy for the overall program design,selection of S7-300 series PLC as the core of lower computer controller,touch screen as man-machine interface,can simulate the real scene and on-site monitoring,automatic integration the whole sintering process.Secondly,for the temperature control system itself has the characteristics of nonlinear,time lag,rely on the general PID control is difficult to meet the production requirements of enterprises,based on the conventional PID control,PID parameter self-tuning control,fuzzy adaptive PID control,using MATLAB simulator,simulation algorithm.Through the analysis of the simulation results,the fuzzy adaptive PID control is finally chosen to control the temperature automatically.In the sintering process,the general thermal insulation stage plays an important role in the process of a product.In this stage,the relative balance of the temperature can be controlled to improve the hardness and compactness of the product,but the coupling of pressure and temperature can be caused by the pressure disturbance.In order to make the temperature and pressure control system to form a control loop alone,the design with feed-forward compensation decoupling of two variables,so as to realize the complete decoupling of temperature and pressure,not only improves the control system of the degree of freedom,improve the quality of the system,provides a good solution for the production of high quality product.Finally,S7-300 PLC communication and PC MCGS embedded version touch screen monitoring system design.Configuration of communication through the I/O site configuration and parameters,the touch screen interface includes process curve,alarm processing,data storage design,can simulate the whole sintering process in a sintering furnace field,realize the automatic sintering process at the same time,the production input reduction,improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
