In recent years,with the rapid development of quantum computing,photon computing,nano-computing and other emerging areas of computing,DNA nano-computing has become a hot research frontier.Nano-computing,with its natural micro-molecular-specific effects,plays an important role in the development of new high-performance computing.The development of DNA self-assembly origami technology has laid a solid foundation for nanoscale manipulation and expanded the new dimension.Owing to the capacity for accurate structural control,huge parallelism and high-density information storage,nano-chip based on DNA self-assembly has been widely used in the fields of complex computing,information processing,specific recognition,nano-machine,data storage,cryptography technology,biology chip,molecular detection and so on.Among them,the molecular computing information processing method combined with nanoparticle technology has gradually attracted the attention of scholars.Using the methods of DNA nano-chip and nanoparticle,we combine DNA origami with molecular calculation.The multi-level study on the calculation model of nano-code and logic gate of nano-chip was carried out by means of DNA origami,self-assembly and chain displacement.First,a calculation model for the Ramsey number based on gold nanoparticles Self-assembly.The Ramsey number calculation model combine the molding theory in computer science and the nanotechnology to study the molecular computing model based on DNA nano-chip.Ramsey numbers play an important role in logic analysis,and only 9 Ramsey numbers are found due to the complexity of the solution space.The strong parallelism of DNA computing has made a breakthrough in solving NP complete problem.We provide a new molecular model using a graph transformation model that converts triangles into vertices.In constructing the physical model,we design a specific recognition vertex based on AuNP self-assembly in order to detect the feasibility of the solution.Finally,an example of a non-solution 4(3,3)is verified and excluded from the solution space by finding the counterexample of the inverse negative propositions of the Ramsey theorem.Second,dynamically arranging gold nanoparticles on DNA origami for molecular logic gates.Molecular logic gate through the substitution and specific modification of the DNA strand to the specific site,to achieve the fixed-point manipulation of nanoparticles,fixed-point release,which as a common computing components.A set of DNA logic gates(“OR”,“AND” and “three-input majority gate”)were established based on this strategy,in which computing results were identified by disassembly between the Au NPs and DNA origami.Finally,the structures were observed and analyzed by multiple assays such as electrophoresis and electron microscopy.At the same time,the basic research on smart nano-devices and nano-scale high-density and large-capacity information encryption storage is carried out.
