In recent years,the safety problem in the tunnel has also aroused more and more attention due to the tunnel accident,economic losses and casualties,safety of tunnel construction and operation stages.The enterprises hope that they can get large amounts of data through all-weather continuous monitoring,and do a reasonable healthy management to the construction and operation stages of structural condition assessment,operating status and engineering service life and so on.Therefore,a secure and reliable tunnel monitoring system based on heterogeneous wireless networks is of great benefit to tunnel construction efficiency and operational safety.Considering high cost,poor scalability,and the limited scale of network in the realization of tunnel monitoring of existing industrial wired network,heterogeneous wireless network can make up these drawbacks.And it can combine lots of information of sensors and wireless networks.Based on the advantages of wireless network technology,a tunnel monitoring system with low power consumption and long distance based on heterogeneous wireless network was proposed.Considering flexibility and adaptability of heterogeneous network,the hardware system and protocol system of wireless network for tunnel monitoring are established through the heterogeneous network fusion technology with complementary advantages.The reliability and real-time performance of wireless network are the urgent problem when wireless heterogeneous technology is applied to the scene.In the view of the special situation of tunnel monitoring application,the network structure of partitioning and hierarchical network is put forward.According to the corresponding network topology,a probabilistic broadcast algorithm based on neighbor coverage and a tunneling routing protocol are proposed to provide a reliable and efficient routing algorithm for the system.Based on the above routing algorithm,the system uses the IEEE 802.15.4 technology to realize the data acquisition in the region,and uses LoRa technology to realize the longdistance transmission of the monitoring data in the complex environment.In addition,this paper studies heterogeneous data conversion method,and achieves heterogeneous wireless network seamless integration through the protocol conversion mechanism.This paper introduces the overall scheme and technical route of the tunnel monitoring system and integrates the advantages of different wireless network technology to solve the information of tunnel monitoring application.Finally,the design and realization of the hardware system and protocol system is completed,and it achieves the actual demand of reliable and low power consumption,which is in line with the development trend of the tunnel monitoring system.
