International communication is the communication of crossing borders.As a way of promoting national influence and expanding the voice of the nation,international communication demonstrates the national sovereign to the world and shows an effective and important way of image promotion.Zhejiang TV station international channel is the only TV channel broadcasting outside of China in Zhejiang province and is an important achievement of national TV and radio "going out" project.In the current circumstance of "One Belt One Road ",the spread of new media influences the international TV channels not only in way of audience and market,but also provides more space for the further development and opportunities.The paper adopts case study method,focusing on the international communication of Zhejiang TV Station International Channel and borrows from "SWOT" analysis of management to generalizes the current situation as well as the development of Zhejiang TV Station International Channel and analyses the favorable and unfavorable conditions under the circumstance of the new media.Meanwhile,the effective promotion of the international channels,the Chinese society and the Chinese culture will be explored in the circumstance of the new media environment,which will be explored in the paper.
