Design And Implementation Of The Management Information System Of University Cadres

With the rapid development of modern high-tech technology,computers have become a necessary tool.For the sake of effectively improve the efficiency of the unit management,reduce the management cost,office automation has been widely spread in the daily work,enterprises,institutions and state organs are promoting computer use.Manage the use of automated information system of the body mainly large units.Due to the high cost of existing information systems,most of the units that still use the old system of small and medium units,can not achieve effective communication and information management.Therefore,the development environment suitable for their own information systems to meet the management needs of each unit becomes an inevitable choice.In this paper study the management information system of university cadres.The main purpose of the system is designed to regulate the flow of business information management cadres,increase the accuracy of data processing,managers can configure some functions according to the actual needs of the administrator,achieve information management cadres to fine,digitization,automation.The cadre management information system has the general functions of the MIS,which is a branch of information management system(MIS),but has its own industry characteristics.It can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of the management of cadres,and provide data for school leaders in time and dependability.It is an important basis of scientific and accurate making a strategic decision.This paper focuses on process of speculative knowledge and how to design and implement a complete cadre information management system,which is based on B/S development model design and implements.First analyzes the current social environment and the current research status of the information system based on the analysis of the relevant technology,proposed the system design and development will be the main problem in the process.Characteristics of the practical application of the design process,which select B/S development model,will be three-layered logically,have a database server,WEB server and the client,while bringing together all kinds of mathematical algorithms mature and efficient business process in the current extraction industry mature,popular technical framework.Through the system requirements,architecture design,practical application designed cadre appraisal and other aspects of the detailed state and analysis,this paper designs and implements the basic information management,to achieve the main role of Cadre's personal information,pay wages,personnel changes,contract conditions,the unification of the education information management.
