The Design And Implementation Of Governmental Supervision Office Information System

Government affairs supervision basically aims to urge and inspect progress and completion of government affairs and ensure problems and contradictions related are found and solved timely.It supervises and urges all undertaking departments to implement their work according to the government requirements.Government affairs supervision is a basic function of the government's general office as well as an important means and approach to push implementation of significant government decisions,promote the work efficiency and ensure effective execution of government decrees.In recent years,government affairs supervis.n has been confronted with such problems as big workload,tediousness,statistical difficulty,unsmooth communication and low efficiency.Thus,how to rely on the current e-government affairs management mode,informationise the government affairs supervision and realize the orderly,efficient and quantitive supervision work mode has been the new trend and challenge for development of government affairs supervision.In this paper,based on the current status and development trend of government affairs supervision,demands by the users have been analyzed,the government supervision room business information system has been designed and implemented,and the system has been proved through testing and analysis to meet the demands for supervision business.During the research of this system,object-oriented analysis and design approaches have been applied and supplemented by rapid application development and prototyping in some links.The Java language,the J2EE standard,the MVC three-level design pattern,the B/S structure and the Oracle database platform have been applied for system implementation.Through the implemented 11 modules including supervision business distribution,processing,inquiry,statistics,supervision notification,notice.supervision resources,propaganda and reports,address book,homepage,and system administration,the management level and work efficiency of supervision have been promoted greatly.Meanwhile,the e-government affairs work informationization has been developed further.
