Design And Implementation Of Interurban Labor Security Inspection And Supervision System

Nanchang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau,in order to better implement the spirit and requirements of documents No.1[2016]issued by the State Office and No.33[2016]issued by the Ganfu Department,raises the level of investigation and handling of cross-regional labor security surveillance cases in our city and other regions,and unites with the human resources and social security departments of Wuhan,Changsha and Hefei.To jointly initiate the establishment of an online cooperative investigation mechanism for cross-regional labor security surveillance cases in the four provincial capitals of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,and actively respond to the new trends and new situations in which cross-regional labor surveillance cases are difficult to mediate,have a wide range of influence and are increasing in number.In view of the requirements of the information system of the four cities,Nanchang has taken the lead in the research and development of the Interurban Labor Security Inspection and Supervision System of the four provincial capitals in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,which further standardizes the business by means of information technology,speeds up the efficiency of case investigation and effectively improves the cooperative ability of the four cities to handle cases.The online cooperative investigation system for cross-regional cases in the four provincial capitals of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River includes the registration of cooperative investigation work,the transfer of cooperative investigation work flow,the feedback of cooperative investigation work,the printing of cooperative investigation documents,and the reminder of cooperative investigation work.The system realizes the online real-time transfer of case information and integrates with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security Supervision in Wuhan,Changsha,Hefei and Nanchang.The case handling resources of the department,make the inter-provincial departments link togther,enhance the ability to handle cases in coordination,and better solve labor disputes for the masses.The system is a web application based on jquery.the client uses HTML + Ajax web technology,Data is persisted by Hibernate and Database is selected by Oracle11g.On the server side,support Linux and Windows Server 2008 and higher operating systems are supported;on the client side,support Windows 7 and higher operating systems are supported;IE8 and higher versions and other mainstream browsers are supported.
