With the rapid development of information intelligence technology,all walks of life are rapidly establishing an information technology system that conforms to the company's own characteristics,and improving the information system required for enterprise development.With the continuous development of the business of the State Grid Corporation,the company's own regulatory informationization has become particularly important.Therefore,it is especially important to establish a complete enterprise business supervision information system.This paper mainly designs a set of business supervision service system based on wireless handheld terminal for the needs of the national grid company business.The function of the handheld terminal is to collect data information of the enterprise business system;transmit the collected data to the data center through the wireless communication module;and display the data information on the LCD of the handheld terminal.The function of the business supervision service system is to control the analysis of data information and data.This article has mainly completed the following work:1.Design a wireless handheld terminal system.The handheld terminal system is mainly composed of a micro control module,a wireless communication data transmission module and a human-computer interaction module.The STM32 series chip microprocessor is used as the core control system.The CC2530 chip is used to control the data transmission of wireless data communication.The keyboard inputs the user's power consumption and the LCD displays the data.2.Designed a business supervision module.The module has the following functions:IOM work order supervision,comprehensive activation work order supervision,comprehensive work order supervision,and service opening supervision view.3.Designed a customer supervision module.The module has the following functions:customer failure report,view service opening process,customer work order supervision,and customer information management.4.Designed a system supervision module.The module is classified according to the characteristics of the indicators themselves,and the supervision work can be displayed in detail according to the classified indicators.5.The design,implementation and preliminary simulation of the enterprise supervision system were carried out,and the main functions and system interfaces of the system were realized.The system was tested by simulation.In the innovative design aspect,this thesis mainly combines traditional enterprise business work with information system;using the advantages of information intelligent system,it strengthens the supervision of service opening and guarantee.For the marketing staff in the enterprise,the work efficiency is improved,the function is complete,the design is reasonable,and the promotion and application value is high.
