However, it has been widely used e-government solutions in the office OA platform, most still focus on workflow management, for the "supervision of supervision" This requires cross-organizational, inter-departmental and inter-regional collaborative business management, the existing office on OA not enough to fit the actual application operation, making the government needed "to ensure the implementation, how to implement, how to track feedback, how concerted" and so the subject and the practical application of IT products in the practical operation, practicality, ease of use, business applied to generate out of touch. This research direction is sought to improve government supervision of the system and methods, and strengthen supervision of the operation of the policy, to improve policy implementation, ensure that the central government's "curried."In the administrative supervision work in the application of the system, can be exempted from the restrictions of time and space, greatly improve efficiency, reduce operating costs, to meet the needs of all levels of government departments.
