Design And Implementation Of Community Grid Management System Based On LBS

In the era of mobile Internet technology,LBS technology has been a necessary thing.More and more service patterns have come to rely on the geographical position.In this paper,we use LBS technology combined with the grid management ideas to build "the system of community grid management based on LBS”according to actual demands.It's an attempt to meet the new community management during urban development.This management system aims to optimize the problems of traditional com-munity management including:lack of efficiency,low participation of residents,electronic degree and so on.Meanwhile,on the basis of tradi-tional management system it analyzes the historical records and uses the naive Bayesian classification algorithm to find out the high-frequency problems.The result of history records' classification can help commu-nity managers to adjust the number of workers,avoiding the phenomenon that many workers do nothing appears,optimize the management of the community.The main work completed in this paper can be listed as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzes the main function points of the manage-ment system.The main optimization of the system in view of the tradi-tional management system is that it uses LBS technology combined with intelligent terminal to increase the participation of community residents.At the same time,community managers can analyze the historical data which the traditional management system is not cared to help them opti-mize the community management by using the data mining technology.Secondly,this paper designs the community management system.We design the main modules of the system,especially the workers'scheduling module and the app for community residents by analyzing the scenes of the system.At the same time,it optimizes the classification al-gorithm used by the system in view of the community data source,in or-der to gain more rapid and accurate analysis of the classifying community events.Thirdly,this paper implements the system designed above.The sys-tem allows residents to report event by using intelligent terminals,which simplifies the incident reporting process.By positioning the incidents to the grid,we find out the appropriate workers and implement the staff scheduling.In addition,the optimized text categorization algorithm ac-cording to the characteristics of community events can be more accurate and rapid,which will be a guiding role for optimize the community man-agement.Tests have shown that through the management system,community management becomes much flatter,residents participate in community management becomes more convenient.The conclusion drawn by classi-fication algorithm can give a good guide for managers,reflecting the ad-vantages of management system compared with the traditional infor-mation management system.
