With the promotion of "three networks convergence",it is not too long before the radio and television network obtains the basic network operator license and international Internet export.The result is a huge transformation of value-added telecom services,Internet access,data transmission and other services.How to improve marketing and customer service support ability on the basis of guaranteeing new business operation is an important means for enterprises to seize the market and improve efficiency.Traditional radio and television industry needs innovation,transformation and integration are the focus of development and the difficulty of reform,there must be more challenges in the process of innovation and development.Traditional marketing mode mainly focus on business,but is has not been able to meet the demand of modernized mode,so need to build a set of application system,which should establish make customer as the center,take the market as the guidance and takes the benefit as the target to support the marketing and customer service.It will not only realize the address,customers,business,centralized management of the network resource data;but also it will display the view of customers' comprehensive resource information in the dimension of region and enhance the support for marketing.Through the establishment of this system,it can promote the establishment of grid marketing system,improve marketing efficiency and mobilize the enthusiasm of marketers.Based on the current situation and the future development of grid marketing management,this thesis introduces the contents of grid marketing management.Based on the detailed description of the basic concept of grid marketing,the system's functional and non-functional requirements are analyzed,and a Java EE based multi-layered system architecture of the grid marketing management system is designed and implemented.UML is used for system modeling,including use case models,static models,i.e.,class diagrams,and dynamic interaction models,i.e.,sequence diagrams.The system adopts the object-oriented design method,and the design idea is based on the system function.The whole system architecture is divided into basic platform layer,data resource layer,logic layer,presentation layer and user layer;according to the system functions,the system is divided into four functional modules: grid management,assessment management,customer 360 view and grid 360 view;depending on the previous requirement analysis,the business requirements of different modules are fully sorted out,on this basis,the detailed design of system function modules is completed.And the functions of all business modules in the system are described in detail.In order to clearly show the database model which needed by the system,the conceptual structure of the database is designed.According to the abstract entities and the attributes of each entity,the ER diagram of the system is drawn,and then the physical table structure of the database is designed.On the basis of all the designs,the four functional modules of the system are implemented: grid management,assessment management,customer 360 view and grid 360 view,and the application and implementation of related modules are introduced in detail.Finally,using the test method of software engineering,the grid marketing management system designed in this project is tested in detail from the perspective of function test and performance test.The test results show that it can achieve the expected goals and meet the needs of system design.
