With the Long-term development and improvement of health care technology,the level of people's health has been advanced to an unprecedented height, and for the current disease and also one of the most important diseases against the human life cardiovascular diseases, achieving early detection, diagnosing and curing has become the key technology of the community and family-based health care model of the new medical model. Modern medicine Measuring instrument is characterized by intelligent, multi-purpose and network, that is, under the prerequisite of not having prejudice to the requirements of the daily life of patients and the comfort in use, realizing the real-time monitoring of main physiological parameters of the human body.As the rapid development of the wireless communication technology, electronics and information technology, computer technology has entered the mobile age, with the increasing popularity of the Pocket PCs and smart mobile phones which are represented by embedded systems, these portable devices are introduced in real-time custody of the body parameters as human physiological parameters Guardianship equipments for mobile devices, doctors and patients can provide a dynamic, convenient and new mobile information processing platform together with a wide range integration of different wireless communication module such as the Bluetooth module, CDMA/GPRS communication module, through the network and the huge number of seamlessly joint space together, then the patient's information can be get at anytime and anywhere by doctors, doctors'care of the patients can be also conducted anytime and anywhere freely.At present, the computing and storage capacity of mobile phone can fully meet the general requirements of test tasks, and as an indispensable communication tool for people, they are ease of use and have a good portability. Smart phones has an open system, so we choose mobile phone as a virtual instrument development platform to replace the traditional PC equipment to complete the physiological signal reception, display and storage, it has a has a very good convenience and superiority in medical care.In this paper, we make an analysis of medical care based on the history and development status of medical care equipments,proposed the program of developing and designing of an intelligent portable and mobile monitoring equipment for the body parameters medical care, analysis and design of the body's physiological signal measurement unit, in data transmission respect, choose the Bluetooth technology to replace the conventional cable connections as a small-scale information in the wireless transmission system, it has very high anti-interference ability and higher rates of communication and it can not only remove the cable connections but also provided the entrance of the communications options and including network with a wide range of standard equipment.The movable instrument used for human health parameters continuous monitor based on VI use the Bluetooth-enabled smart phones to realize the data exchange with the Bluetooth communication module and achieve close physical data transfer, it select the GPRS as a wireless communications network and realize a wireless remote communications with the care center, it can be a family-oriented, community and a new type of rural medical care equipment.The full text is divided into seven chapters, the contents of its structure are as follows:At first, we introduced the research history and development of human body parameters monitoring equipments. summing up the development of the status quo for medical care system at home and abroad, and then introducing the Bluetooth technology and its relationship with the medical care system and combined with the application medical care, proposing the significance of the research subject and objectives; then design the overall structure of equipment on the body parameters of the system for monitoring, the equipment is divided into two parts: the physiological data measurement unit and mobile handheld device custody. The parameter measurement module is responsible for collecting the human body's physiological parameters signals, then transmits data to mobile handheld terminal care where the smart phones is used through the Bluetooth wireless communication module, smart phones receives the signals and realizes the display, storage, etc., and can transmits the physiological data to the Guardianship of the Center for long distance monitoring through the GPRS communication between the two; then we analysis and design the hardware and software signal circuits of physiological measurement unit, focuses on the Bluetooth wireless communication module of the application, protocol, and Bluetooth module to send circuit; for Guardianship of handheld mobile terminals, selecting and designing the mobile development platform care equipment, functions, principles and applications to achieve the wireless connection and transmission between the mobile monitoring equipment and data measurement unit. For mobile guardianship equipment, use advanced embedded systems (Windows CE) to analyzing and planning. Finally, analyzing the various wireless access technologies and applications combined with hand-held mobile terminal guardianship equipment, choosing GPRS as a wireless communications network, analyzing and doing research on the communications principle and data terminal network flow of GPRS.At the end, we identify and design the platform and the program the experiment, analyze and verify the experimental relevant experimental results, and proposing some follow-up study suggestions to improve the medical care suggestions and some suggestions for family-oriented new reference method.
