As the aging population in our country continues to intensify,the empty-nest elderly with cardiovascular disease have also increased,and their health problems have received more and more attention from the society.The monitors of traditional large hospitals are not suitable for empty-nest elderly people with cardiovascular diseases because of the large size and heavy equipment,and most of them require professional personnel to operate the monitors.In recent years,due to the advancement of communication technology and the popularization of mobile medicine,a multi-physiological signal monitoring system based on Android phones has made great progress.The multi-physiological signal monitoring system based on the Android mobile phone is very suitable for home monitoring of empty-nest elderly people with cardiovascular diseases,and has the advantages of convenient operation,continuous monitoring and small size.The multi-physiological signal monitoring system based on Android mobile phone designed in this paper is divided into lower computer module and upper computer module.The lower computer module is mainly used for simultaneous acquisition and transmission of ECG signals and pulse oximetry signals.In view of the fact that the traditional ECG and pulse oximetry signal acquisition modules are built from discrete components,the system is relatively bloated and unstable,so in the lower computer module,this article uses the highly integrated ADS1292 R ECG analog front end produced by TI to collect ECG signals,AFE4400 pulse oximetry front end collects pulse signals.STM32F103RBT6 is used as the main control chip to control ECG and pulse oximetry signals.The Bluetooth transmission function is realized by the HM19 Bluetooth chip with CC2640R2 F as the core.It has the characteristics of fast transmission rate and low power consumption,which is very suitable for the transmission of physiological data.In the upper computer module,the Android client is developed using JAVA language.After receiving the ECG and pulse oximetry signals from the Bluetooth chip,the Android client performs preprocessing and feature point identification on theECG and pulse oximetry signals to calculate the pulse rate,blood oxygen saturation,and continuous noninvasive blood pressure,respectively.The Android client also has functions such as physiological signal waveform display,data abnormal remote alarm and data storage.Finally,the Android-based human multi-physiological signal monitoring system designed by this article is compared with a standard monitor.For pulse rate and blood oxygen saturation,the comparison test results show that the absolute error of pulse rate does not exceed 2 times / min,and the absolute error of blood oxygen saturation does not exceed 2%.For continuous non-invasive blood pressure,the comparison test results show that the mean value of systolic error is 2.8mm Hg,and the standard deviation is about 3.48 mm Hg;the mean value of diastolic pressure error is 3.1mm Hg,and the standard deviation is about 5.36 mm Hg.Both systolic and diastolic blood pressure meet the error requirements of the American AAMI home sphygmomanometer.This system has certain reference value for the prevention and diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.
