With the informaztization of the enterprises, how to speed up the response of business process becomes the key to increase the enterprise productivity. Based on SaaS, this paper provides functions to achieve the goal of real-time information communication, and builds the delivery channel to push the real-time message. To accomplish these goals, the primary problem is to build the Web based real-time message delivery channel. Based on the requirement of real-time message pushing, a common, reliable and scalable solution is given in this paper. The core of the delivery channel building is the design and implementation of event distributing module, service management module and WebSocket server cluster. With the event distributing module, the system implements functions of events collection, events classification and events distribution, which results in the decoupling between event publishers and event subscribers. With the WebSocket server cluster, we can manage the WebSocket connections and implement functions of events publishing and subscribing. With the service management module, we can implement functions such as service discovery and service recovery, ensuring the reliability and scalability of the delivery channel.According to the functional requirements of cloud tending and bidding system, we divided the message management module into two parts: business related message management submodule and work order management submodule. With the implementation of these two submodules, we can satisfy the requirement of online communication. In this paper, detailed studies on the demands of real-time message management subsystem is given. Then, the designing and implementation of the submodule are specificly introduced. At last, tests for the submodule are illustrated to prove that the design and implementation of the subsystem meets the requirements.
