Research And Implementation Of Bidding System Based On SaaS Technology

Through public bidding helps the industry to compete fairly and choose with cheaper and better. Therefore, bidding is widely used in sale of bulk cargo, ﹐ntract-issuing of construction projects, procurement and provide of service projects and so on. However, there are many problems of manual operation mode, such as complex bidding process, long trading route, local protectionism interference and so on. With the development of information technology, the electronic bidding combined information technology and traditional bidding business is gaining companies’ recognition and promotion.The paper analysis and research for bidding business and software service model at this stage, to summarize the problems of traditional bidding business and the existing electronic bidding model, and to combing several common procurement methods’ business processes. Then in connection with the problems brought by traditional discrete software development and deployment model, such as hardware, technology research and development, system operation and maintenance, it proposes a SaaS model electronic bidding system. Based on the in-depth analysis and research on the SaaS model and its architecture, design a data model for the multi-tenant. Moreover, design the system needed components combined with the in-depth analysis of the software component technology. The system has good scalability and configurability, and could solve this stage’s problems effectively.
