Research And Implementation Of Conference Management Platform Based On Cloud Model

Since Chinese economic reform,the various conference in our country is influenced by foreign business concepts,and the market of the conference with Chinese characteristics has formed gradually.Company conference,association conference,conference in institutions and political conference compose the conference industry of our country.Presumably,tens of millions of all kinds of conference is held every year in China,the conference output values nearly one trillion yuan,there are as many as hundreds of millions of the number of people attending the conference,and the average annual growth of 20%.There are a large number of small conference management systems provide business management software for conference market,but they did not form a unified management mode.In order to promote the informationization of meeting management in our country,a unified platform for the conference management is imminent.This paper mainly completed following tasks:First of all,through the investigation and study of current status of conference management system and considering the cloud computing model,this paper proposes a conference management platform based on the cloud computing model.The platform designs three layer architecture with "business application service layer,basic function service layer,core data service layer" and provides conference service based on the SaaS for users.Secondly,some key technologies were discussed on cloud computing model and creating the conference management for SaaS.In the respect of access control,this paper designs and implements access control model based on the RBAC.In order to improve the response speed and reduce the access pressure of the core data,this paper designs and implements the Memcached cache service.In order to deal with the upload and download of large files,assurance high reliability and high scalability of the file storage,distributed file storage system based on TFS is designed and implemented.The conference management provides push message based on IOS and Android.Finally,Implements the conference management platform based on cloud model,it contains conference assistant operator management platform,power management platform,conference assistant platform.The test results show that the platform of the design implementation can satisfy the functional requirements and performance requirements of conference management...
