Wireless sensor network is a new network technology which has been developed rapidly in recent years.It has a wide application prospect and value in the field of health care,intelligent home,emergency rescue,environmental monitoring and warehouse management by the integration of micro sensor technology,wireless communication technology and network technology.In many applications of sensor networks,sensor nodes have to rely on their own portable battery powered.Therefore,in the case of limited energy,the research of the energy saving method of the software and hardware,is very important to realize the energy efficient and balanced use to maximize the network lifetime in wireless sensor network design.Storage is an important link in the process of the circulation of finished products.Stable and reliable data acquisition system for grain situation can real-time monitor the temperature,humidity and other physical quantities related to the grain quality,it also can find the risks as soon as possible to ensure the safety of grain storage.In this article,the grain acquisition system based on wireless sensor network has been realized to provide specific application scenarios and the object of study for balancing the network energy and prolonging the network lifetime.The main work of this paper is the following two aspects:1.Design of wireless sensor node:large capacity lithium battery is used to ensure that the node has sufficient energy reserves;power supply module is design to reduce the consumption of nodes in the sleep state;realize the real-time display of data and the temperature and humidity measurement with multi-point high precision;the design of the built-in antenna can not only ensure good communication ability but also improve the beautiful degree and the security of the node;sensor probe can protect the sensor from damage and it is easy to be replaced at the same time.2.Research and implementation of energy-balanced network protocol.Dual channel MAC protocol uses the channel access mechanism combined with TDMA and CSMA-CA to reduce the data collision;the power control algorithm based on the effective node degree can dynamically adjust the transmission power of the node,which ensures the network connectivity and reduces the energy consumption of the node;the clustering routing protocol can effectively balance the energy consumption of the nodes by the time update of the cluster head.The test shows that:the wireless sensor nodes designed and implemented in this paper have good low power consumption characteristics,a single cell can meet their continuous work for 2 years and 11 month;they can provide accurate temperature and humidity data and have good wireless communication capability;long-term field deployment test proves the reliability of the data acquisition and the balance of network energy.
