Research On The Construction Of Public Cultural Service System Of Museums

Culture is an important supporting force that affects the comprehensive competitive strength,national cohesion and creativity of a country.Improving the construction of the public cultural service system is an important way to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the people and protect their rights and interests in basic spiritual and cultural products.Museums are important public cultural service institutions.In the future development of public cultural services provided by museums in China,we should focus on providing more systematic public cultural services to the public.Museum of the construction of public cultural service system,on the one hand,it can improve the museum the status quo of public cultural services supply diversification,more fully meet the cultural needs of the public,on the other hand can promote the whole process of the construction of the public cultural system in our country,and to realize the goal of our country become a cultural power.Taking the public cultural service of museums as the research object,this paper explores the construction path of the development of the public cultural service system of museums under the background of Chinese government's efforts to build the public cultural service system,hoping to systematically improve the level of public cultural service of museums.This paper consists of six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background,research significance,research ideas,research methods,theoretical basis and relevant research results at home and abroad.The second part expounds the related concepts of museums in the public cultural service system,and expounds the necessity of constructing the public cultural service system of museums from the theoretical level.The third part expounds the ideal design of the museum's public cultural service system,which includes five aspects: infrastructure supply,institutional policy guidance,resource operation guarantee,social service management,supervision and accountability,and performance evaluation.The fourth chapter expounds the prominent problems existing in the process of public cultural service of museums.The fifth chapter gives the optimization path for the outstanding problems in the fourth chapter.Mainly including strengthening infrastructure construction,improve the utilization rate of facilities;Improve the system construction and promote the standardization of the system;Stable guarantee work construction,stimulate the ability of collaborative governance;Enhance service management ability to handle public feedback in a timely manner;Improve the work efficiency of the organization and optimize the performance evaluation mechanism.Finally,it is hoped that the research of this paper can contribute to the practical and theoretical work of Chinese museums in the construction of public cultural service system.
