Research And Application For Hospital Performance Management System Based On Scrum Method

On account of the feedback in the development of small and medium software is not timely exists in the traditional software development methods(such as waterfall model),resulting in poor communication between users and developers,making many problems exist in the demand such as the problem is difficult to find,the software function can't achieve the desired target,software development rework costs increase,software development cycle grows longer and so on.Under the conditions of developers and development cycles are limited,raise using agile methods to develop small applications can bring precise?high-quality? quickly?generous rate of return on investment(ROI),efficient self-management team and other benefits to companies and users.As one of the most representative of agile development,Scrum methods can embody the advantages of the agile development.This article uses Scrum agile development,focusing on using user stories and flexible programming frameworks and other methods,according to the flow of the Scrum management and project implementation,iteratively releasing the software iterate that can run in short cycle so that clients can experience the latest version frequently,making adjustments quickly at the beginning of each iteration to adapt the changes from the inside and outside of projects,finally finishing the project in shorter duration.According to the development and practice of hospital performance and management system project,it is verified that the correct and flexible use of the agile Scrum method can effectively improve the project quality and shorten the project duration.
