In order to respond to the market demand and improve the core competitiveness,manufacturing enterprises need to make full use of social resources with the help of cloud platform when they are unable to complete a large manufacturing project depending on their own strengths.Thus,a project team,so-called cloud manufacturing alliance,is formed.In recent years,with the development of cloud manufacturing mode,the fraudulent behaviors of various virtual information have emerged in endlessly,resulting in the trust crisis of online trading.However,mutual trust between resource demanders and resource providers is the prerequisite for the establishment of a cloud manufacturing alliance.The cloud manufacturing alliance is the child of enterprises' benefits and bound to disappear with the profit-seeking of enterprises.The cooperative game was taken as the theoretical support to study the problem of interest distribution of cloud manufacturing alliance,which is of great theoretical and practical significance.Mainly studied contents are as follows:The trust formation condition of cloud manufacturing alliance was analyzed and proved.Firstly,according to the differences from decision-making environment,decision order and decision purpose,the game types from the perspectives of the resource demanders,resource providers and cloud platform service providers were judged respectively.Secondly,a game model was established to analyze and prove the existence of game equilibrium solutions and constraints.Finally,considering the intersection of the game equilibrium solutions from the above three types of perspectives,the best combination of strategies and constraints under the mixed perspective were obtained.A cooperative game model of benefit pre-distribution for cloud manufacturing alliance was established based on synergetic individual rationality and collective rationality.On the basis of analyzing the collective rationality and individual rational characteristics,the benefit functions with the strategies of cooperation and non-cooperation were established from the perspectives of resource demanders and resource providers separately.At the same time,considering the serviceability of the cloud platform,the benefit function of the cloud platform service providers was established.Under the dominant ideas of satisfying individual rationality constraints and pursuing the maximization of collective interests,a cloud-manufacturing alliance collaborative optimization cooperation game model was constructed.The improved complex method was used to solve the model equilibrium solution,and the flow chart of the solution algorithm was designed.Finally,the correctness of the model and algorithm was verified by the examples of gear shaping machine and component production process.A benefit redistribution model of cloud manufacturing alliance based on the completion level of sub-tasks was established.Firstly,the sub-task completion level evaluation system was established based on comprehensive consideration of the three aspects of sub-task performance,sub-task value,and sub-task flexibility.Secondly,the weights of indicators were determined by using the subjective and objective combination weighting method based on variance maximization to calculate the sub-task completion level coefficient.With the result of pre-distribution of benefits as criterions and the sub-task completion level as bases,a cloud manufacturing alliance benefit redistribution flow chart having local adjustment was designed.Finally,continuing the example of the gear shaping machine,the feasibility of the benefit redistribution method for the cloud manufacturing alliance was verified.A cloud manufacturing alliance benefit distribution prototype system was designed and developed.On the basis of designing the system framework and technical roadmap,a cloud manufacturing alliance interest distribution prototype system was developed by using Visual Studio development platform supporting C#programming language and Access database,which further verified the effectiveness of the proposed method and algorithm.
