Construction is related to the national economy and major industries, from an economicpoint of view, the construction industry is to support China’s economic development over thepast decade an important industry in the next few years, China will continue to play animportant role in economic development; From the perspective of the people’s livelihood, thepeople live without food, clothing, shelter, transportation, housing, both areas in which design toconstruction. Therefore, monitoring the safety of the construction industry has an importantsignificance.In recent years, China’s construction industry-based regulatory system gradually, proventechnology, the safety in construction project management from the start, from the enterprisegrabbed everyone grabbed from the enterprise, such as enterprise information managementneeds, annual security training programs need to be developed to manage the construction site,etc., but the current degree of automation of these management lags far behind the developmentof the system, so the development of construction safety supervision and management system isimperative, Changchun City Construction based supervision Station of daily needs, design andimplemented in Changchun City construction Safety supervision management System, the maincontributions are as follows:(1) According to Changchun City Construction Supervision Authority, the daily operationalneeds of Changchun City, construction safety supervision and management system needsanalysis, can be obtained through a needs analysis, the system will require a total enterprisebasic information management, annual security training management, construction sitemanagement, lifting machinery and equipment management, incident Letters, provincial systementry, major hazard management, license management, and two special operations personnelmanagement, etc.7module function, this article is primarily responsible for the first fourmodules of the design and implementation.(2) According to the above requirements for the implementation of the systems describedherein matching the architecture, development of technology and development tools, taking intoaccount the system’s user groups, network environment, security requirements, this system isdesigned to take C/S architecture, the use of IIS+MFC+SQL Server2005database, with theVisual Studio IDE for system development. (3) According to the system requirements analysis, a summary of the design of the system,the basic business information management, annual security training management, constructionsite management, lifting equipment management module functional subdivision, which includesbasic information management enterprise general contracting business, professional contractingbusiness, labor subcontracting companies, enterprises and other lifting machinery demolitionmodules; annual security training module includes three categories of personnel safety training,special operations personnel safety training, the establishment of corporate personnel safetytraining, and other personnel safety training; construction site safety supervision managementmodule includes registration, security measures civilized construction costs for payment,industrial enterprises and project safety self-inspection records, enterprise security monitoringrecords; lifting equipment machinery and equipment management module registration,registration of lifting machinery and equipment used.(4) According to the system requirements analysis carried out on the system level designand detailed design. Including database outline design, detailed design of the database, featuresthe outline design, detailed design features.(5) According to the detailed design of the system has been achieved, namely to achieve theenterprise basic information management, annual security training management, constructionsite management, lifting equipment management module and its sub-modules, and each modulehas been implemented interface display.Finally, the system implemented in Changchun City Construction Safety SupervisionStation of the deployment and use, deploy, and use the results indicate Changchun MunicipalBuilding construction safety supervision and management system complies with the industrystandard, able to complete everyday business needs, the industry has an important referencevalue and use value, the relevant departments to improve management efficiency.
