Under The New Media Era The Research About Dilemmas Of Investigative Journalism Of Our Country

Under the new media era,the investigative journalism has become less and less among the news media in our country,which once has been appreciated extremely by numerous readers.What are the reasons resulting in current dilemmas about investigative journalism?Is this method of in-depth reporting news out of date investigative journalism? It isn't apparently.The investigative journalism is an important measure to carry out social obligations and undertake social responsibilities for contemporary news medias;it is a powerful weapon to promote the construction of economy,politics,culture,environment and the progress of social civilization;it is an important method to adhere to correct public opinion and guide public opinion correctly;and it is an effective pledge of driving out evil,ushering in good against power corruption and ensuring the social body health.In fact,although new media bring a lot of changes in the aspects of ideas and habits to general media audiences,there are still many news audiences bearing the investigative journalism in their minds constantly,hardly tearing themselves away from classical investigative journalism in the past,and still looking forward to today's news media to release much deeper work of investigative journalism that touches deeper in the hearts of people.So,investigative journalism is not out of date and is still the needs of the society,the masses and the many news lovers.At present,it is an indisputable fact that investigative journalism gradually fades out in the reality of news communication.What difficulties does investigative journalism meet today? What are the causes of the dilemmas? How to revive the glory of investigative journalism and play its due role in the work of news communication? These problems are involved in this thesis emphatically.This thesis is divided into three chapters.The first chapter briefly introduces the definition of investigative journalism,the definition of new media and characteristics of new media era,and the general situation of investigative journalism from birth to development from the works of the domestic and foreign scholars,as well as the significance and role of investigative journalism.The second chapter analyzes the dilemmas and reasons of the investigative journalism under new media era in our country.This chapter first talks about the necessary conditions and external environment of investigative journalism.Next there are five dilemmas the author summarizes,including the limitation of communication environment on the investigative journalism;the less and less investigative journalism of traditional news media;limits to investigative journalism from the traditional media;hard working conditions of investigative journalism under the new media era;the investigative journalism affected by the reporter's personal problems.The third chapter is suggestions to improve the quality of investigative journalism under new media era.This chapter come up with comparative countermeasures for journalists engaged in investigative journalism,news medias and local government to correctly understand the investigative journalism's meaning,improve journalist's quality under the new media era,build the communication's construction of investigative journalism and so on.
