With the development of network technology,the function of mobile devices and the popularization of people,mobile learning timely came into being as a new way of learning.It brings great convenience for learners anywhere in the context of learning.With the development trend of social networking is gradually significant,the knowledge retrieval and acquisition threshold is lower than before.But as the result of information explosion,knowledge overload and other issues,it brings an even bigger challenge to mobile learners in evaluating,mapping,timely updating knowledge and other personal knowledge management activities.In the information society,individuals need a higher level of information literacy and innovation ability if they want to improve their core competitiveness.The improvement of both of the two levels is inseparable from integral and effective personal knowledge management activities.The fragmentation,contextualization and mobility of mobile learning are the great differences from traditional learning.And the technology and focus of personal knowledge management of both methods are different.The mobiles learners need to make adjustments.Firstly,after analyzing the existing personal knowledge management literature of mobile learning,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of mobile learners' personal knowledge management based on the background and current situation of the theory and practice of mobile learning personal knowledge management.Mobile learners have the learning characteristics of learning form fragmentation,learning environment context and learning objectives,and have the ability to carry out mobile learning personal knowledge management.The current technical conditions also have the ability to develop a personal knowledge that supports mobile learners Management of APP.Due to changes in learning methods,learners need to improve the information literacy to meet the needs of social competition,which also makes the development of mobile learning personal knowledge management applications become necessary.Secondly,based on the comparative study of the relevant cases,the author summarizes the common and individual roles in personal knowledge management,and sums up the macro and micro models which can be applied to the application of personal knowledge management in mobile learning.The personal knowledge management of mobile learning is using mobile devices and network technology for personal knowledge management process.In the existing personal knowledge management APP,microblogging class APP has the advantage of sharing,and its evaluation function is complete;the advantages of notebook APP is easy to record knowledge;the advantage of the mind mapping APP is that learners can get the knowledge clue clearly;the advantage of the personal digital library lies in the authoritative source of knowledge;the advantage of the bookmark APP is that it is close to the network and the knowledge classification is more flexible and autonomous.Existing mobile learning personal knowledge management tools have their own strengths,but only can be involved in part of the management process.Thirdly,after analyzing the theory of mobile learning and the needs of learners,the author independently develops and realizes the personal knowledge management APP of mobile learning.Based on the theory of Connectivism,Self-regulated learning theory of mobile learning and knowledge spiral theory and knowledge base theory of personal knowledge management,the author summarizes the application requirements of current mobile learning personal knowledge management software.After collecting advantages and disadvantages of the software,the author designs and develops a software on Android platform of a set of the advantages of the software mentioned above.The APP can basicly cover all processes of personal knowledge management software.It is called m-PKM mobile learning personal knowledge management application.Finally,combined with the application of independent design,the author sums up the corresponding application strategy and draws conclusions.M-PKM mobile learning personal knowledge management application has the basic functions of personal knowledge management.In addition to recording learners' knowledge and experience,the APP also can sort out knowledge,change the knowledge architecture,comb the knowledge map,and be able to share doubts and views with other learners.The innovation of this paper includes:(1)in the application design,it emphasizes the importance of knowledge classification,forcing learners to classify their memory before adding or editing new knowledge;(2)designing the function of knowledge mapping;(3)the interactive module not only takes the synchronous chat into account,but also takes the asynchronous space sharing into account.The APP considered preferences of learners'communication.The shortcomings of this paper are as follows:(1)forced classification and naming are more demanding for the learner's knowledge evaluation ability,the process is more cumbersome and is not conducive to the learner's inspiration capture;(2)the knowledge evaluation link is not involved in the APP;(3)online bookmarking technology is not well applied to the APP.
