Design And Development Of Personal Knowledge Management Network Platform For College Students

Knowledge Management is a hot issue, not only concerned by the deciders of business, but also caused education researchers and practitioners'interested. Teachers and students all have interesting more and more in education knowledge management. Especially the university students, the development of information technology, the require of network study, the change of study, the further require of creative talents and some other environment change, all of above are require the university students to use personal knowledge management (PKM). The PKM can increase the utilization rate of knowledge, it can enhance their information literacy and core competitiveness, and knowledge management platform of network is the most effective tool for PKM.The research of this paper based on the knowledge management theory, Social constructivism theory, Six Degrees of Separation theory, team learning theory and some other theories, use Object-Oriented program design methods, Analysis university students PKM net platform Feasibility and Requirements from the Intelligence Features, non-intelligence features, Characteristics of the study, technical and environmental aspects, Combine with web2.0 social ideology and open software , more important, use Ajax, RSS, Tag, SVG,Unlimited-category and some other key technology, design and develop a personal knowledge management platform of network .This platform is a multifunctional stronger, more focused, simple and easy exchange platform of network.The platform has two main parts, there are personally space and system management, the personally space has six main modules: blog, Social Bookmark, digger, expo, team learning space and Collaborative Authoring System Wiki. the development of system adopts B/S (client/server) software system structure and VB.net programming language with SQL Server as background database, combine with open software, use Ajax, RSS, Tag, SVG and some other key technology, design and develop a personal knowledge management network platform .due to the time limitation, the research of knowledge obtain, knowledge map, semantic web, intelligence agency and platform applications still need to in-depth study, the development of system function will improve in the future.
