As the computers and internet are arousing a new revolution on human history which then rapidly involves education field, a innovative means of learning based on internet come into being---E-learning. This learning method rests on the creative on-line studying environment concerning multi-media net resources, on-line learning community, and net technique platform. On-line studying environment allocates numerous data, documentary material, programme, teaching software, etc, which form a highly intensive integrate resource bank. Fortunately, all of these resource is available for everyone at any time without any restrains.The essence of the scientific personal knowledge management (PKM) is the effectiveness of approaching personal knowledge in that it enables people to integrate personal information, fulfill the work effectively, and acquire the ability to handle the emergency. It requires much more autonomous studying abilities of the learners. Hence, PKM via E-learning is becoming a tendency gradually.Personal knowledge management is a fresh theory and method in dealing with information resources. The dissertation firstly overviews knowledge management , personal knowledge management, the internal relationships among personal knowledge management and organizational knowledge management. Secondly, it goes further to analyze the possibility of undergraduates'personal knowledge management through different aspects, for instance, the intellectual factors, non-interllectual factors, and learning habits. Besides, it interpretes the need of PKM in facing the information explosion age and the required quality of people in net age. Moreover, the dialectical relationship between E-learning and PKM is pointed out in this part as well. The third part of the dissertation provides the detailed illustration about the principles, procedures, and functions of the PKM via E-learning for undergraduates. As Blog appears as one of a typical personal knowledge managements, the last part of the dissertation focuses on the utilization of Blog to further demonstrate how to put this PKM of undergraduates in to effect.
